Jean Bell is a retired computer science professor, a potter, and a poet. Her first book, Love, Teeta, published in 2005, won local and national awards for creative non-fiction. She has since published
a poetry book, At Home on Blue Creek, about the sights and sounds near her home in Evergreen; and two short poetry collections, Grandma Poems, and Rainbow Sky: Birding in Costa Rica.
Another poetry book, Walking into the Wind, is in process.
